3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1 Booking

Appointments may be scheduled via the Website, by phone, or through any online booking platform linked on the Website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Intake and Health History

Prior to receiving services, clients are required to complete a health history intake form. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may affect service safety and delivery. Kraft & Ruhe reserves the right to decline or modify services based on disclosed health information.

3.3 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or termination of the client relationship. 3.4 Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delays for other scheduled clients. The full session fee will apply regardless of the reduced service time.

4. Fees and Payment

Current service pricing is listed on the Website or available upon request. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, and eligible HSA/FSA cards where accepted. Gift certificates and packages, if offered, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Your health and safety are our highest priority. Massage therapy may not be appropriate for all conditions. It is your responsibility to:

6. Professional Conduct

Kraft & Ruhe Massage Co., LLC maintains a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.

Any conduct that is sexual, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate toward our therapist will result in the immediate termination of the session, a charge for the full session fee, and a ban from future services. We reserve the right to report such conduct to the appropriate authorities.
